Sending your computer to RMS Tech Support Computer Depot Center...
 
  1. Fill out Computer Depot Service Request form (optional).
  2. Pack your PC using several layers of bubble wrap and a sturdy carton box.
  3. Ship your PC to RMS Tech Support's Computer Depot Center (RMS recommends and prefers UPS).
  4. Notify RMS Tech Support that your PC has been shipped and provide a tracking # if available.
  5. Once your PC arrives at out Computer Depot center you're notified of its arrival.
