Email-based support is an alternative to live technical support and is available to all users. To serve you better please provide all requested information. Fields marked with (*) are required. Users may also post their questions via rmscomp@tampabay.rr.com  Please include your membership information with your correspondence, i.e. Account#(if you have one), First Name, Last Name and contact information.  Most of of membership plans include free email support requests. Per Incident E-Mail Support is $25.00 per incident. Phone Support  is $1.50 Per Minute during regular hours and $2.50 per minute for after hour support and is available by calling us at 1-888-354-3171 Visa/MasterCard/American Express/Discover Credit Cards.

 
Response times:  
Response times are 4 hours for business plan clients and 12 hours for individual / family plan clients. 24 Hours for non registered users. All times are in Eastern Standard Time. Response times are exclusive of RMS's non-business hours (9:00 PM - 9:00 AM).
